Job Summary
One-to-one Home Health Aide responsibilities include hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility), maintaining a safe home environment and infection control (linens, light laundry, sanitized space), medication and symptom monitoring with documentation in the digital charting system, therapeutic engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, guided range-of-motion, short walks) to support physical and mental wellness, and accurate care notes before each shift ends. Requires completion of a state-approved HHA program, minimum 1 year of paid home-health/hospice experience, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and strong communication. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
