Job Summary
Provide one-to-one patient care as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA): assist with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, vitals monitoring, infection control, and documentation; follow detailed plans of care while supporting mind, body, and spirit; engage clients to boost mental and physical wellness; maintain a safe home environment; flexible shifts including days, evenings, or overnights; mileage reimbursement and ongoing training for growth; requires completion of state-approved HHA program and certificate; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication and relationship-centered care.
