Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while supporting mobility and safe transfers. Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders within your permitted scope. Observe changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs, then promptly communicate concerns and updates to the Home Health Works office team. Maintain accurate care documentation and follow each client's established plan of care. You must hold current Home Health Aide certification, CPR certification, and a Level II background screening, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
