Job Summary
Provide personal care and support for seniors living safely at home, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and transportation. Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while managing medication reminders and documenting conditions. Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways and participate in activities like puzzles, games, and reading to bring joy to clients. Maintain 1:1 aide-to-client ratios and notify supervisors of any concerns. Set your own schedule to enjoy work-life balance while earning $16.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
