Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Provide personal care such as showers, bed baths, and ostomy-related care, while preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and administering medication reminders. Monitor client condition and behavior, report changes to nurses or family, and maintain accurate documentation following care plans. Ensure safety through fall prevention, safe transfers, and use of assistive devices, while offering companionship and emotional support. Maintain a clean home environment through light housekeeping and laundry assistance. This role is located in Staten Island, New York, with an hourly pay of $17.97. Candidates must be certified Home Health Aides and possess valid employment authorization documents.
