Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults in home settings following a written plan of care. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care), light housekeeping, meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and ambulation transfers. Work as part of BAYADA’s care team with training and on-call clinical manager support. Flexible shifts (4-12 hours) and weekly pay, plus benefits and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
- Level II Background Check
