Home Health Aide (HHA)

Home Health Aide (HHA) needed for 1099 caregiver role to support a male DOL patient in his home. Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation, administers prescribed treatments and therapies, performs patient assessments and coordination of care, assists with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, companionship during outdoor activities, safety standby during yard work, monitors vitals, and communicates with family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals. Works one-on-one in the patient’s home; reflects patient-centered, respectful care with privacy and autonomy. Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays; preferred 12-hour shifts; no weekend coverage. Requirements: CPR, First Aid, 2-Step TB Test; prior home health experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; good interpersonal skills; flexible and patient; comfortable in a smoking home environment. Location: Branson, MO. This role is contract-based with in-home care responsibilities.
