Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways. Document client conditions, provide medication reminders, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Participate in activities such as puzzles, games, and reading to bring joy to clients. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess a compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Background check
- CPR certification
- TB test
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
