Job Summary
Field-based Home Health Aide role in Arlington, Texas. Provide compassionate personal care in patients' homes including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assistance with transfers and mobility. Monitor and report changes in patient condition and vital signs, assist with medication reminders per care plan, and document care in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Coordinate with supervising RN/LVN, maintain infection control practices, and support range of motion and restorative activities as ordered. Requires current Texas HHA certification, 1+ years of personal-care experience, CPR/BLS, a Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and assist safely. Schedule is full-time (Monday–Friday with some weekends as needed); mileage reimbursement provided. Minimum: $17.00/hour; Maximum: $18.00/hour, with mileage reimbursement; field-based in Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas HHA certification
- 1+ years of experience providing personal care (home health, assisted living, nursing home, or hospital setting)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Current Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, transfer, and provide hands-on care safely
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working independently in patients' homes
- High school diploma or GED
