Job Summary
Home Health Aide (HHA, CNA, STNA, DSP, PCA) needed in Gallia County, OH with flexible part-time or full-time schedules and regional travel to clients within a 30-60 minute radius. Responsibilities include personal care, hygiene, ADL assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, proactive observation, documentation, and following a written Plan of Care. Required qualifications include in-home caregiving experience (1 year preferred), CPR and FA certifications, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, and ability to meet physical demands of home care. Training and CHHA/CNA/STNA accreditation are desirable but not strictly required; certification requirements and ongoing compliance are emphasized. Report to RN Case Manager/Administrator/Director of Nursing and local travel within Gallia County (and adjacent counties as needed). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience
- Active CPR + FA certification and documentation of both
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Current driver's license, good driving record, and/or reliable transportation
- Exceptional on-time and attendance record
- Consent + Ability to pass a State & Federal background check (including fingerprints)
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care
- Good interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for those in need
- Willing and able to regularly perform all physical demands of home care (including lifting/carrying up to 30–50 lbs. occasionally)
- Willingness and aptitude to perform light housekeeping in addition to patient care services as needed
