Job Summary
Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility support as outlined in their care plans. Assist with medication administration and engage residents in meaningful conversations while encouraging independence and treating each person with respect and dignity. Recognize individual needs across all genders and offer attentive care within an apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Work part-time AM or PM shifts at Trails of Orono Senior Living in Orono, MN, supporting seniors who age magnificently in a serene wooded setting.
