Job Summary
Provide direct personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility assistance as outlined in their plan of care. Assist with medication administration and engage residents in meaningful conversations while encouraging independence and treating each individual with respect and dignity. Recognize unique resident needs and offer attentive support across all genders. This role is available on an on-call basis with flexible hours for Home Health Aides and CNAs at Trails of Orono Assisted Living in Wayzata, MN. Lifespark, the parent company, supports a full continuum of senior health services focused on helping people age magnificently.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA certification or equivalent credential
- Valid driver's license
