Job Summary
Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility assistance as outlined in their plan of care. Assist with medication administration and engage residents in meaningful conversations to encourage independence and treat each individual with respect and dignity. Support all genders of residents while recognizing their unique needs. Maintain flexible on-call availability within the Willmar service area.
