Job Summary
Provide client care according to the Plan of Care, assisting with personal care, hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Follow infection control procedures and maintain client privacy and confidential information. Work various shifts including weekends in Sussex County, Sussex County. Current CNA, HHA, or DE CNA certification required, along with CPR/First Aid, physical exam, and 2 Step PDD. Experience operating a Hoyer lift is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Experience operating a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
