Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults in the home following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting; prepare meals; and perform light housekeeping. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Offer medication reminders while maintaining close relationships with patients to promote safety and independence. This role serves patients in three specific counties within BAYADA's Assistive Care Division. Flexible per-diem schedules allow for work-life balance, with weekly pay starting at $22. Comprehensive training is provided for qualified candidates, and the position offers 24/7 clinical support, life insurance, and 403(b) plans.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
