Job Summary
Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding while providing companionship and emotional support. Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation, and perform light housekeeping and meal preparation. Follow the care plan, report changes to the care team, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Hold a Certificate or CNA License, CPR Certification, and Level 2 Background Check with a valid driver's license. Work independently in client homes across multiple counties with flexible scheduling and supportive office team access.
