Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Assist with activities of daily living such as ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe environment with unobstructed pathways. Document client conditions, provide medication reminders, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Participate in joy-bringing activities like puzzles, games, and reading to support client well-being.
