Job Summary
Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities while performing housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed, and offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life. Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable. Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client. HHA certification or valid CNA certification from Massachusetts is required, along with high school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are necessary. Required Qualifications
- HHA certification and/or valid CNA Certification required from the State of Massachusetts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- EVerify participation after job offer is accepted and Form I-9 completed
