Job Summary
Provide residents with daily living assistance in Sauk Rapids, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing; offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities; assist with ambulation, transfers, and exercise; assist with medication administration under RN supervision and accurately document in EMAR; promptly report changes to the RN; perform light housekeeping and support overall resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
- Must be at least 18 years old
