Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, ambulation, transfers, and exercise. Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities. Administer medication under RN direction and accurately document administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record. Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly and perform light housekeeping tasks. This part-time role offers days, evenings, and overnight shifts with a shift differential for evening and overnight hours. Required Qualifications
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
