Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living, provide companionship and emotional support, and prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping. Provide medication reminders, promote client safety and independence, and report changes in client condition to the care team. This role offers flexible day and weekend shifts with weekly pay, sign-on and referral bonuses, and opportunities for both drivers and non-drivers. Cases are located close to home in Valley Stream and surrounding Nassau County communities.
Required Qualifications
- CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) CERTIFICATION
- Minimum of one (1) year of caregiving experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Physical within one year
- PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray (if applicable)
- MMR immunization documentation
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
