Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and administering medication reminders. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Travel to clients' homes in Wayne, Carbon, North Hampton, Schuylkill, Bucks, Berks, Lehigh, Pike, and Monroe counties as assigned. Required Qualifications
