Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting; prepare meals; perform light housekeeping; and facilitate range of motion exercises. Support ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices while ensuring medication reminders are completed. Travel to client homes in Lehigh, Pike, Monroe, Carbon, Wayne, North Hampton, Schuylkill, Bucks, and Berks counties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
