Job Summary
Provide in-home personal and health care support to patients under supervision, including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, dressing, toileting, meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and monitoring of vital signs. Adhere to care plans, document services accurately, and maintain a safe home environment. Requires HHA/CNA/STNA certification and CPR; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Able to read and follow care plans, be self-directed with minimal supervision, and demonstrate compassion and professionalism during in-home visits. Travel for in-home visits is required.
Required Qualifications
- HHA Certification, Ohio CNA Certification, or Active/Valid Ohio STNA License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws for home health aides
- Must have current CPR certification
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with acceptable auto insurance to meet company standards, highly preferred but not required (non-driver options also available)
