Job Summary
Conduct hands-on ADL support including transfers, bathing, grooming, and mobility while maintaining infection control and a sanitized home environment. Monitor medication adherence and symptom changes, then document vitals and red-flag signs in the digital charting system. Provide therapeutic engagement through reading, reminiscence, and range-of-motion exercises to boost client wellness. Maintain accurate care notes before each shift ends. Requires state-approved HHA certificate, one year of paid home-health experience, valid driver's license, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
- Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
- Clear, confident communication
- Passion for relationship-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification within 30 days
