Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide provides one-to-one patient care and follows detailed plans of care. Responsibilities include Hands-On ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility) with dignity; home environment and infection-control tasks (changing linens, light laundry, maintaining a sanitized space); medication and symptom monitoring with documentation; therapeutic engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, range-of-motion guidance, short walks); and accurate documentation in the digital charting system before each shift ends. Requirements include completion of an approved HHA program, at least 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and strong communication with a passion for relationship-centered care. Locations include Lakewood, NJ, with flexible shifts (days, evenings, overnights) and mileage reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
