Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home patient care per a care plan, assisting with daily activities (moving, bathing, linens, laundry, personal care), maintaining patient care records, reporting observations to supervisor, engaging patients to support mental well-being, and giving medication reminders. Strong verbal and written communication is needed. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Requires HH Aide program completion, HS diploma or GED, 1 year experience, and a valid driver’s license; CPR preferred; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
