Job Summary
Hands-on ADL support and patient-centered care for one-to-one visits as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA). Responsibilities include assisting transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; maintaining a safe home environment with infection control; monitoring medications and symptoms and documenting vitals or changes; providing therapeutic engagement activities; and recording care notes in the digital charting system before each shift. Requires completion of a state-approved HHA program and certificate, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, or overnights) with mileage reimbursement. Role emphasizes dignity, relationship-centered care, and adherence to detailed care plans; opportunities for advancement and training are available.
Required Qualifications
