Job Summary
Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings: assist with activities of daily living (moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, daily tasks), care for patients (changing linens, cleaning, personal care), maintain care records, discuss observations with supervisor, engage patients with conversation or reading to support mental alertness, give medication reminders, and help with exercises or activities. Requires completion of a Home Health Aide program, high school diploma or GED, and one year of professional experience; must have a valid driver’s license; CPR certification preferred; ability to pass background checks and drug screens.
