Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) providing one-to-one patient care with ADL support, infection-control practices, medication monitoring, and therapeutic engagement in clients' homes. Responsibilities include transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance; performing light housekeeping like changing linens and sanitizing spaces; documenting care notes and vitals in a digital charting system; following detailed plans of care under nurse supervision; and offering read-aloud activities, reminiscence, and guided range-of-motion exercises to support physical and cognitive well-being. Opportunities for advancement, training, and nurse-mentored career tracks are emphasized. Must complete a state-approved HHA program and certificate; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Flexible schedules with days, evenings, or overnights available; mileage reimbursement provided; competitive pay with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits.
