Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-on-one care to patients following a care plan. Assist with daily activities (transfers, mobility, bathing), housekeeping tasks related to patient care, and medication reminders. Maintain care records, report observations to supervisor, engage patients with conversations or reading aloud to support mental alertness, and assist with exercises. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, High School Diploma or GED, and one year of professional experience; a driver’s license is required and CPR certification is preferred.
