Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home patient care following a care plan; assist with activities of daily living and mobility (beds, baths, wheelchairs, vehicles); perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, linens); maintain records of patient care and communicate observations to supervisor; engage patients to support mental alertness through conversations or reading aloud; provide medication reminders; assist with exercises or other activities; CPR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
