Job Summary
Provide one-to-one patient care as a Home Health Aide, including hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility), infection-control in the home, medication and symptom monitoring with documentation in the digital charting system, and therapeutic engagement to boost mental and physical wellness. Flexible shifts (days, evenings, or overnights) with mileage reimbursement; mandatory state-approved HHA program completion and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days); minimum 1 year of paid home-health/hospice experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong communication and relationship-centered care. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
