Home Health Aide

Assist patients with daily activities including moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles. Provide personalized care by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, and assisting with personal needs. Maintain records of patient care, condition, and progress to report observations to the supervisor. Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to support mental health and alertness. Administer medications and immunizations while engaging patients in exercises or other activities. This role requires a graduated Home Health Aide program, high school diploma, one year of experience, a driver's license, and CPR certification.
