Job Summary
Provide essential personal care services to patients in their homes as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA). Responsibilities include assisting with patient laundry, providing medication reminders, ensuring patient safety, reporting changes to supervisors, preparing light meals and assisting with feeding, monitoring patient temperature, assisting with ambulation, conducting range of motion exercises, maintaining documentation and adhering to care protocols, following privacy and infection control guidelines, offering bathing assistance, light housekeeping, and providing companion services (e.g., letter-writing and reading). Requires 18+ years old, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, CPR certification, and state/federal training compliance; preferred 1 year of relevant experience.
