Job Summary
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support while performing light housekeeping, meal planning, and grocery shopping. Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising Registered Nurse. Attend company-provided ongoing training and continuing education. Maintain client dignity while supporting independence. Work under RN supervision across client homes in South Jersey, including Gloucester, Camden, and Salem counties. Requires active New Jersey CHHA certification, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility
- Ability to drive to client homes
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- CPR certification
