Job Summary
Home Health Aide position providing in-home care for clients in Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities vary by client but include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires two-step TB test, TSPOT or chest X-ray within one week of hire, completion of state competency test or valid CNA license, FBI fingerprinting and child abuse clearances, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle. Schedule offers full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible hours (day shifts including evenings and weekends). Pay rate $15–$17 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
