Job Summary
Deliver compassionate Home Health Aide support under LPN/RN supervision in an enhanced assisted living/memory care setting. Provide ADL assistance, help with medications as needed, and monitor resident safety. Part-time night shift with every other weekend; emphasis on patient dignity, independence, and warm, home-like care.
Required Qualifications
- NYS Home Health Aide Certification
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in senior care healthcare or assisted living preferred but not required
- Ability to follow care plan and safety protocols
- Working knowledge of computers including electronic health record and required applications
