Job Summary
Home Health Aide position providing in-home, one-on-one care for clients in Williamsport and surrounding areas. Duties include personal care assistance, incontinence and mobility support, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands/transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires CNA license or completion of state competency test, TB test or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to client homes; flexible full-time/part-time scheduling with day/evening/weekend shifts; meaningful work with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
