Home Health Aide (PRN) provides care and personalized assistance to clients living in private homes across the assigned geographic region in Cuyahoga County. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transporting to appointments, administering basic monitoring (vital signs), and ensuring client dignity and safety under the Resident Bill of Rights; travel up to 45-50 miles may be required.
