Home Health Aide

Assist patients with daily activities including moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles. Provide personalized care by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal needs. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor. Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to support mental health and alertness. Administer medications and immunizations while engaging patients in exercises or other activities.
