Home Health Aide

Assist patients with daily activities including moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles. Provide personalized care by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, and assisting with personal needs. Maintain detailed records of patient condition and progress to report observations to supervisors. Build genuine relationships with patients through conversation and reading aloud to support mental health. Administer medications and immunizations while engaging patients in exercises and activities. This role requires a one-on-one care plan approach in patient homes, with a focus on creating a healthy environment that meets individual needs.
