Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to behavioral health patients in clients' homes. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, linen changes, and personal laundry; meal preparation; light housekeeping; observing general condition, recording vital signs, and reporting changes to the assigned nurse; preparing clinical notes and submitting required paperwork per agency policy. Requires HHA or CNA certification and at least 1 year of caregiving experience; CPR/First Aid preferred. Part-time role based in Cambridge, MA, delivering in-home care in clients' residences.
