Job Summary
Home Health Aide needed to provide in-home care for clients in Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires completion of a TB test or chest X-ray (or T-SPOT), completion of the agency's state competency test or a valid CNA license, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Flexible full-time or part-time schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts and opportunities to advance; caregivers will accept client assignments as openings arise to qualify for pay rates of $15–$17 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
