Job Summary
Provide daily in-home care including bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility; offer companionship and emotional support; assist with medications and monitor client well-being; maintain a safe and clean environment; document changes and communicate with nursing staff; assist with transportation to appointments and activities; collaborate with families and care teams to ensure high-quality service; support with light administrative tasks for office operations (scheduling and paperwork).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (HHA/CNA certification preferred)
- CPR/First Aid
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Clean background and drug screen
