Job Summary
Lead clinical oversight and operations for the Home Health Aide workforce across Home Health and Hospice programs. Supervise scheduling, ensure Medicare Conditions of Participation compliance, and drive hiring, onboarding, training, competency validation, and performance management. Coordinate admissions in collaboration with Intake and Clinical leadership; promote quality improvement and survey readiness; and support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain regulatory compliance and contribute to operational planning and workforce development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse, OT or PT and have a valid license in MA
- Medicare-certified Home Health and/or Hospice experience required
- Knowledge of Home Health Aide supervision requirements and Conditions of Participation
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with electronic medical records
