Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to clients in their homes in South Jersey. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support; providing companionship and emotional support; light housekeeping; meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping; assisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises; monitoring changes in client condition and reporting to the supervising RN; and attending ongoing training/CEUs. Requires active New Jersey CHHA certification; HS diploma/GED preferred; CPR certification preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts; weekly pay; comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plans, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
