Home Health Aide / Caregiver

Looking for a Home Health Aide / Caregiver to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, changing bed linens, maintaining patient care records, building relationships through conversation and activities, administering medications and immunizations, and engaging patients in exercises. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
