Job Summary
As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation. Responsibilities include accompanying clients to appointments, assisting with mobility as per care plans, and documenting any changes observed for the Director of Nursing. This role requires a valid Home Health Aide certification, at least one year of caregiving experience, and a high school diploma or GED. You must also have a certified CPR, a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, and reliable transportation. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide certification in good standing
- At least 1 year experience as a caregiver
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
