Job Summary
Provide essential personal care services to patients in their homes as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA). Responsibilities include assisting with patient laundry, medication reminders, ensuring patient safety, reporting changes to supervisor, preparing light meals, monitoring temperature, assisting with ambulation and ROM exercises, maintaining documentation and care protocols, following infection control guidelines, offering bathing assistance, light housekeeping, and providing compassionate companion services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
